AboutAneta Langerová is a Czech multi-instrumentalist & singer-songwriter, born on November 26, 1986 in Benešov, Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia). At 6, she started piano lessons & at 8, she switched to guitar lessons. At 14, she was part of the band SPB, playing guitar. In June 2004, Aneta was the winner of "Česko Hledá SuperStar" first season, Czech version of "Pop Idol", thanks to her cover of Alanis Morissette's "Thank U".
On September 6, 2004, Aneta's debut album Spousta Andělů came out. It has been certified 8-platinum disc, successful in Czech Republic & Slovakia. In 2005, Aneta became the spokeswoman for the association Světluška, to support the blind & on November 7, 2005, she released her first live album Spousta Andělů Koncert, followed by her first live DVD.
On May 20, 2007, Aneta released her second album Dotyk. She went on tour in autumn 2007, in Czech Republic & Slovakia. In spring 2008, she received a Anděl Award for "Female Artist" & passed her school exams.
