    1Angela Ammons [2001]


    Angela Ammons Parrish (born in Austin, Texas) was a teen pop\rock singer from the 2000s. Her brother, Christopher Reagan Ammons, was an actor. She first began her music career singing karaoke.

    At the age of 17, Angela signed to Abrupt\Universal Records after playing demos that were recorded during a trip to California. In 2001, she appeared on the soundtrack to American Pie 2 [2001] (movie) with her debut single "Always Getting Over You". She also appeared on the second soundtrack to the film Save The Last Dance with the song "When It Doesn't Matter". During that same year, Angela released her self-titled debut album. Her follow-up single "Big Girl" managed to peak at #33 on Billboard's Adult Top 40 chart.

    In 2003, she married author & syndicated columnist Cameron Parrish. She resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with her husband and three children and appears to work as a photographer.
