About Chaos got formed in 2006 by a group of good friends.
The idea of the band started back in July 2006 when a locally famous news website wanted to do an article about metal music and metalist people. They searched around until they found four friends from Nazareth (Israel), for whom metal wasn't a mere genre of music but a lifestyle, it manifested in every aspect of their lives; the way they handled themselves, the type of clothes they wore, the way they think and express their feelings and the way handled their instruments. The online paper interviewed them, it also published some photos and videos of them.
The band "Chaos" however was officially formed in August, 2006. The group started playing together, working on some material, covers initially. Nevertheless they still missed a vocalist. After a month's period, they found the missing piece in the Chaos puzzle; who actually was a close mutual friend to all of the guys in the band. The band composition was finalized in the autumn of 2006.
Inspite of the fact the band was new, not to mention what their society considered eccentric, unfamiliar style, it rapidly caught the attention of the youthin the members' hometown; they started playing covers for Metallica, Children Of Bodom, Iron Maiden and Arch Enemy.
Chaos did not really expect to recieve the opportunity to play live on stage after only a few months to their start. But luckily for them, a friend who had heard them play, was ovewhelmed with the ammount of talent they stockpiled, and their potential for success, decided to book the band to play live at a show he had arranged in the honor of the opening of a radio station whose date coincided with Christmas eve (2006.)
And so Chaos was revealed infront of the public eye. The band hit the stage for the first time in that show, and they dominated it earning them many fans from in northern Israel. That was the first, big step for Chaos.
From that day forth, Chaos claimed their style as a Melodic Death Metal band. They will be releasing four official singles in the next few weeks that are in their mixing stages: Chaos, Hell Road, Brave Free Souls and Betrayal.
Chaos is now working on its first album to be released soon, Hell Road.
