The award-winning Southern Gospel family group is from Beaver Dam, Kentucky. They have have had sixteen #1 songs on the national radio charts.

From a church in rural Kentucky to an annual concert audience of 800,000, the Crabb Family has managed to break through musical genre barriers to reach people from all walks of life with the message of the gospel. From the beginning of their musical ministry nearly 10 years ago, they had no way of knowing just what was in store.

Although their roots are primarily Southern Gospel, the Crabb Family's recording, Blur The Lines features a variety of styles and genres. The Crabb Family also reached a vast concert audience. Their schedule lead them from the Grand Ole' Opry to a Contemporary Christian Festival in South Dakota and everything in between the two venues.

Despite the rapid success and doors that continually open, the Crabb Family remained devoted to the calling and purpose on which their ministry was founded. Siblings Jason, Kelly, Adam, Aaron, and Terah share a common desire to reach the lost. They are not hindered by opinion or man-made limitations but willing to accept any challenge that comes their way. God has honored their obedience and willingness with open doors beyond expectation.

In August 2006, the Crabb Family, Jason, Kelly, Adam, Aaron and Terah, decided to say farewell. The siblings felt it was time to move to a new season in their lives. Each member plans to keep with tradition and continue to pursue their separate ministries. The Crabb Family has finished their tour to thank their fans for their unwavering support over the past ten years. Their last tour date as a group was August 1, 2007.

What a wonderful song and wonderful performance by the Crabb Family. It is very hard to imagine that God is NOT your friend with this amazing song. Interestingly enough, I first heard this song in my home church and was not familiar with the Crabb Family at the time. I am now a huge fan of this inspiring family which truly makes a joyful noise for the Lord!

I sang this at my dad's memorial. It was hard to sing without crying.

"I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you." John 15:15 (New International Version)

I love this song - whether it's sung by The Crabb Family, Phillips, Craig & Dean, or Israel Houghton (the co-writer).
