AboutFaul & Wad Ad are a French DJ and production duo who met in school days. Faul's real name is Maxime, but he was affectionately dubbed Faul by his brother. He was also known as Lazy (the German term for Faul). Wad Ad is the pseudonym of the producer Camil. Maxime and Camil are music fans who like to incorporate warm, soulful and natural sounds rather than heavy studio techniques and gimmicks in their recordings.
Faul & Wad Ad had discovered the track "Baby" on a YouTube posting and had been very keen to use the refrain choir segments in one of their own songs. They cut the track "Changes" using the "Baby" segment and sent it to Pnau who loved it and gave the right to use it in what turned out to be an even more famous track online and eventually a major release for Faul & Wad Ad, their debut chart hit and a number 1 for them in the German charts. The single also charted in Austria, Belgium, France and Switzerland.
