    1Kilmore Place EP [2008]

Kilmore Place is an alternative rockpop quintet, with a style that is characterized by deft, tension building verses that quietly lead the way for the wide open, endorphine releasing choruses that the band is notorious for.

Kilmore Place was born in the summer of 2006, when founding members Ryan Bacchus (vocals/guitar) and Bryce Wagner (piano/keys) began a series of auditions that would eventually lead to the final five formation they have now.

Ryan Bacchus (vocals/guitar) is the artistic director that strives to push the envelope in the creative workings of the band. With an unremitting drive for perfection and the ear to hear it, Ryan is the band's creative visionary.

Bryce Wagner (piano) is, and always has been, the glue that keeps the band intact. He gives direction to the train wreck that a band can quickly become. Between writing, recording, engineering, and producing, Bryce always has something to do.

Greg England (electric guitars) was the first to arrive during the auditions in 2006, bringing to the band an extremely diverse and spacious sound. His tones are crucial to the wide musical landscapes that are unique to the Kilmore Place sound.

Marcus Abramzik (bass) came in as the final piece of the puzzle, with a strong affinity for groove oriented bass lines and an acute attention to detail and rhythmic accentuation.

Kilmore Place exploded into the live scene in the summer of 2007 under the working name 'the manic project'. The chemistry the band finds within themselves and their audience is undeniable.

Quickly performing alongside up and coming acts such as Connor Mcguire and The Painted Birds, the band played an opening act with the established rockers of Econoline Crush in February of 2008.
