AboutNat & Alex Wolff are an American pop music brother duo from New York, New York. The siblings are known for their work on the Nickelodeon television series The Naked Brothers Band, which was created and produced by their mother, actress Polly Draper and aired from 2007 to 2009. It was adapted from the self-titled mockumentary film that Draper wrote and directed.
After the series, the Wolff brothers recorded and released their album "Black Sheep" in 2011 when Nat was 16 years old and Alex 13. They not only sang but wrote all the songs and played all the instruments on the album. After the success of "Black Sheep" they continued to release a series of 2-song EPs while also pursuing their acting careers.
Nat has several award nominations and wins for performances in such films as Palo Alto, Fault in Our Stars, Paper Towns, Ashby, and Stuck in Love among others. Alex has held a lead roles in Hairbrained, and Coming Through the Rye (later in 2015) as well as supporting roles in Birder's Guide to Everything and the upcoming sequel Big Fat Greek Wedding (2016). The soundtracks for many of their films contain songs written and performed by the Wolff brothers.
