AboutWhen the Greywolf brothers founded the German power metal band Powerwolf in 2003 they started writing tracks even before they had found a suitable singer. The missing piece of the puzzle fell into place when they bumped into classically trained singer Attila Dorn while on holiday in Romania. Their debut 'Return in Bloodred' (2005) was instantly successful and since then Powerwolf has gone from strength to strength, building a solid and fiercely loyal fan base that grows with every new album. Don't look to Powerwolf to reinvent power metal: the ingredients never change but it's the masterful delivery that makes it all worthwhile. Wonderfully corny lyrics about vampires and werewolves, Latin phrases and church organs, singalong choruses that nestle in your head and Attila Dorn's operatic delivery keep the fans hooked. Blessed & Possessed' (2015) was their fastest, fiercest and most epic offering yet and with their next album set to drop in 2018 there's a new chapter to look forward to in the gospel of the wolf!
