AboutJeanne-Paule Marie Deckers was born on October 17, 1933 in Brussels, Belgium & died on March 29, 1985 in Wavre, Belgium. In 1959, she became a Dominican nun under the name Sœur Luc-Gabrielle. When she started her singing career as Sœur Sourire, she gave all her music rights to her convent, but forgot that taxes were against her. After having left the religion, she became Luc Dominique, but Belgian services asked her more to pay, she couldn't & the clergy didn't answer her demand. In 1985, ruined & alcoholic, she committed suicide with her partner Annie Pecher.
