AboutTasmin Archer was born on August 3, 1963 in Bradford, England. She started her career in 1992 with her first album Great Expectations. The single "Sleeping Satellite" became a worldwide hit, thanks to the woman's silky voice. Her second album Shipbuilding, including 4 new songs & 4 live tracks, wasn't as successful as the first. Tasmin tried to relaunch her career with her third album Bloom in 1996, bringing nothing new. 10 years later, in 2006, Tasmin released her fourth album On.
