AboutArt Brut is an indie rock band from London, fronted by the hyperactive Eddie Argos. Formed in 2003, their sound is punky and sharp; their songs catchy and often funny. They have a reputation as a great live act. Named after a post-WWI French art movement, the monicker translates as "Rough" or "Raw Art."

So far Art Brut has released one album, Bang Bang Rock and Roll, featuring the singles "Emily Kane", "Good Weekend" and "Formed a Band".
