OmEvolve is the band's 3rd full length studio album. It debuted at #2 on Billboard 200 Chart, with 147,000 in total sales in the first week of it's release. If Billboard only counted traditional record sales Evolve would have been #1 with a landslide (by double the sales).
This album is exactly what ID fans have come to expect - big bold percussion and fan-DAN-tastic lyrics and melodies that sweep you off your feet.
A few personal favorite stand-out tracks:
I Don't Know Why
Yesterday (it made me laugh myself silly the first couple times through)
Rise Up
Whatever it Takes
Walking the Wire
Believe has been a single for some time now and is certainly already a staple in my current playlists, so I didn't include it above - but it's definately one of the best on this new record.
The guys seem to have found a certain rhythmic heartbeat (and some fancy new mixing tricks) in this latest effort which are wholly addictive and certainly lend to a unique style that is theirs alone. MORE MORE MORE PLEASE!
11 Tracks comprise the standard release.
Bonus Tracks (12 to 15) are available on deluxe and Japanese editions.
