के बारे मेंLordi are a hard rock / heavy metal band from Finland, formed in 1992 by the band's lead singer, Mr.Lordi, who also writes songs for the band and makes their costumes. The band is known for wearing monster costumes and using horror elements and pyrotechnics during concerts and music videos.
Lordi rose to fame with their hit single "Would You Love A Monsterman" back in 2002 and made history in 2006 by winning the Eurovision Song Contest, bringing Finland it's first (and so far the last) Eurovision victory.
The band has toured around the world actively since 2002 and records a new studio album in 2-3 years cycle. Lordi has gone through several line-up changes and Mr.Lordi is now the only original member left in the band.
