ОRelient K is a five man band hailing from the state of Ohio. They first released a self-entitled cd, but their break out cd "The Anatomy of the Tounge In Cheek" is how Relient K became a household name. With singles like Pressing On and Sadie Hawkins Dance, teens loved the goofiness of Matt Thessien's lyrics.
Relient K continued their way up on the music ladder with CD's "Two Lefts Don't Make A Right...But Three Do" and "Mmhmm". Their goofiness continued to dwindle over the years until their 2007 release "Five Score and Seven Years Ago".
In "Five Score", Relient K shows a maturity most people would've thought impossible back in 2003. With singles such as "Come Right Out And Say It", "Must Have Done Something Right", and the 11 minute epic "Deathbed", Relient K shows their progession throughout their musical careers.
