OmEddy Mitchell (real name Claude Moine) was born on July 3, 1942 in Paris, France. At 14, he founded his first band. In the early 60's, his band signed to Barclay & has been renamed Les Chaussettes Noires. Success came & Eddy went solo in 1963. Just like Johnny Hallyday, he became a French rock star.
In the 80's, Eddy turned to acting. From the musical "Émilie Jolie" to the film "Le Bonheur Est Dans Le Pré" in 1996, he got a nice talent & directors liked him. In 2009, fan of cinema, he released his album Grand Écran.
